The Amazing Cakes

My husband is the breakfast cooker in this house. Since we were married, he has cooked us many Saturday morning breakfasts. He now has it down to an art. These pancakes are masterpieces! He says it's all in how you mix it. Dry first, eggs and milk second, shortening last. In the words of Fritter, "Mmmm...good!"
